I drive a Pre 1976, smog exempt American vehicle. I go in and tell the clerk the Year, Make, Model and Size of Engine. Then I tell him the Part which I want. He looks at his computer and tried to playfully ARGUE that my engine has an equivalent size in METRIC and asks me what it is.
Management: Don't argue with customers who drive American vehicles from the 60's and 70's. THOSE engines are referred to by CUBIC INCH DISPLACEMENT (CID). You all should know that.
Train your younger employees to know the popular engine sizes and stop referring to our 50 year old Classics as 5.2, 5.8, 7 Liter, etc.... I will PUPOSELY go to the stores that employ older people who REMEMBER these Classics so I don't have to deal with these Newbies.

Showed up and sat in like for 10-15 minute without even being acknowledged. Two customers in the store and two employees. Both walked past me as if I was invisible. I would rather take my money elsewhere if you dont have the time to acknowledge your next paying customer so I walked out and left.
