        Tried dropping my Tesla off to get fixed here since its a certified Tesla repair company. The receptionist has literally no idea whats going on. Took 15-20 mins to get my information pulled up even though we literally spoke yesterday as she was the one who made the appointment. After watching another customer go in and literally be told by crash champions we have no idea where your car is we decided the walk out. The staff is completely incompetent, rude and dont seem very enthusiastic about trying to help you even though Tesla invoices pay for the lights in this place. Service: Body & Trim
