Our company was being harassed by an extremely aggressive "professional plaintiff" who had filed over 150 lawsuits against businesses for supposedly violating his privacy. He demanded that we pay him thousands of dollars because he said we called him on his cell phone once. He also demanded that we turn over confidential business information to him or he would take us to court. We hired Mr. Mackenroth, who went to court for us and won. Not only did the judge refuse to let this man gain access to our business information, he even awarded $1000 in sanctions against this individual for engaging in bad faith tactics.
There are a lot of people out there that abuse the court system and try to scare people into paying them money for something they shouldn't have to. We're happy that Mr. Mackenroth was there to protect us from people like this.
