I suffered a serious foot injury caused by someone else which resulted in an avulsion fracture of one foot and an ankle contusion in the other foot. This happened right in the middle of the first summer of the pandemic. Things were just starting to re-open, such as beaches and golf courses an then bam, I'm confined to my recliner. I was in a lot of pain and was unable to do much of anything for the first few months. After that, the recovery was gradual, taking at least 5 months before I could resume my normal activities. Even though the fractured foot is not the same as it was before the accident, it did not leave me with a permanent disability. Just some weakness and sensitivity, particularly when I flex and stretch my foot. The other party’s insurance company tried to lowball me and Chris and his team gave it their all. They did extra research of similar injury cases that showed there was potential for reinjury and or other problems down the road. Chris and the Mova Law team got me an excellent settlement and I give them my wholehearted recommendation.
