I contacted Julian at about 8:21 on Presidents' Day. He worked me into his schedule for same day service. Responsive by text. Reasonable quote for parts/labor prior to arrival. Purchased the new part on his way over. His work was quick, clean, and accurate. Our washer now works better than it has in years! Professional assessment, repair, and practical tips. Respectful. Timely. Considerate. Knowledgable. Experienced. Services all of San Diego. Highly recommend!

I didn't get the chance to use Julian, and that's because he was able to help me by asking a few questions. He then, in turn, put me in contact with someone who could since the issue was my vent being clogged. What an honest guy! Most would come out and try and upsell/repair something that wasn't needed. I can not thank him enough.

I re-arranged flights to make sure I was back in time for JM's visit to repair a leak in my washer, and scheduled it a week in advance to be sure the repair happened as I had a short window between work travel to get it accomplished.  I even sent JM a confirmation text the night before.  The morning of, I was waiting for him an hour before the appointment and was taking zoom calls, and I noticed I missed a text from him saying he was on his way, and when I texted back - he did not answer.  I called and left a voicemail, he did not answer.  After three texts to him, and a voicemail, he finally texted me over 3 hours after our scheduled appointment that he had to "move on".  He did not try calling, did not knock on the door, just sent that one text and then "moved on" without telling me.  I sent him two texts after that, and he still has not responded. This leaves me in such a tough spot, because I relied on him in this short window in-between work trips to get this completed.  Very disappointed.Julian, I did not miss my appointment - I was there waiting!  I did confirm prior via text, but I tried calling first and you requested text.  It is very easy to miss a text for a few minutes, which is what happened. When I did not respond immediately, a quick call would have done the trick before simply leaving! Especially because I took so much effort to set up the appointment in advance.

Dryer was not working. Very fast service came in got the job done and was very friendly and respectful to the house. I appreciate the fast paced work so we can get back to our day and have our dryer working again. Thank you. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
