Technician seemed knowledgeable and hardworking, could not have asked for better service. I was able to describe the problems that I was having with my washing machine over the phone and he knew right away what was wrong with it. Very reasonably priced for the quality of work I received. Called & scheduled an appointment & was told someone could be there between 5-8pm & would contact me 1/2 hour before arrival. Nothing & at 8pm I called at & was told repairman will contact me right away with estimated arrival. 8:30pm still no response & now no one answer phone & goes to VM so left a message. website said 24 hours service........NOT! THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW & I was a customer NOT a competing company! It's a shame they have to lie & not own up to their mistake. They didn't return my call until NOON the next day & said they could come now...............NO THANKS!
