Ryan installed a gas cooktop and he went above and beyond to do it right. His rates were the best researched and again he was extremely punctual and professional. No questions with regards in calling him again.

Contacted Ryan a few times over the years and each time I canceled due to various reasons.  Contacted him again recently and $35 service call fee is still the same which is unbelievable these days.  Extremely reasonably priced and knowledgeable.  He was a bit late to the scheduled time but he gave a notice.  He seems very busy which is completely understandable.  Definitely a go to if you are able to work with his timeframe.

Honest appliance repair service.  I was in a bind and I needed a quick cosmetic fix...freezer door handle broke as we were moving out.  I called the Samsung certified technician who charged me 110 and told me conflicting information (the part was way more than what I could tell on the internet but he refused to tell me the part number and then the quote for install was higher than the verbal amount.  Red flags and shadiness so I called vortex for a second opinion.  Without coming out just sending pictures, they diagnosed my issue, sent me a link for the part and the charged 1/3 the install price.   Sooo nice that there are honest people still around.  Thank you so much
