Rafael from Harbor Appliance was twice assigned via my home buyers warranty for service on my malfunctioning refrigerator. His response time and service were fast, effecient and professional in both instances. Based on my experience, I will continue to choose Harbor Appliance for my appliance repair needs even after my warranty expires.

I had a nice experience working with Harbor Appliance. My GE dryer stopped working. Firstly I called GE and they told me the drive belt was broken. GE charged me quite a bit for the labor so I contacted Harbor Appliance. Rafael came and inspected the dryer carefully. He found that it is the broken Idler arm that cut the belt. I am very glad that he caught this broken part and replaced it. Otherwise, the new belt will be cut soon. My overall impression, they are professional and reliable. The service is punctual. They charge less than GE and act much faster than GE. If you are looking for a reliable repair service, I recommend Harbor Appliance.

Don’t be fooled with the reviews on google! I hired this company through my HomeDepo repair plan to fix a problem with my range. They came out and verified that I indeed had a problem, but since the range was still operable for now, they decided to arbitrarily close the case, after of course collecting there entire fee!
