Terrible management! They’re nice people but have no clue how to run this place. There was trash on the floor around the apartments as we toured and the apartment we looked at was apparently “move in ready” but it was dirty and there was broken lights and appliances. So glad I won’t be living here

This place is dirty and unsanitary as you have to walk from the garage to your apartment right next to the trash and sticky floors and the same for hallways and stairs. The carpet in the apartment is literally disintegrating in to our longs.

I dont know where to begin. Hopefully this review stops being taken down. We have had a car stolen and another car broken into. Was told they are “in the process of fixing the security cameras”. The package lockers that we PAY for were down a few weeks ago and NOW the mail courier came to our door telling us that the apartment has not paid for the wifi so the lockers are down again and he has been told to leave the packages laying around but that many are being stolen and he was friendly enough to make sure that they make it to the doors. In order to fix issues with the water they have to shut off water to most apartments and i have maybe 20-30 emails about water shutoffs since i moved in in july, but the complex wont email us about updates to security cameras or acknowledging that the lockers are down?????? Hayley is competent and friendly but so far there have been some major issues living here. Would never recommend it to anyone. Very frustrated with this complex.
