If I could give half a star, I would..... Lived here for more than two years. The laundry machines are broken/inefficient, the elevators are very dirty/slow, the area is far from any hot spots in the city, the water shuts off at least three times per week (so prepare some water the night before), management ignores you when you need help, my refrigerator was broken and it took management 5 months before they could fix it and when they replaced it, they replaced it with a older/used model that had a broken light in it that I had to replace by myself every two weeks. The heater is old, the apartment also might have mold. If you are late a few days from your payment, they charge you $78. The full security deposit that you put down will not be given back to you (half or less), even if you clean everything when you leave. The only positive thing I will say is that the neighbors were nice. If you could pay an extra 100 or 200 a month somewhere else, please do it!

Actually half a star. Nelly Rogriguez is incompetent as onsite manager. Plus Sterling won't hear out client. They will hear out old folks first. They also took over half of my security deposit after over 3 yrs of living there dealing with idiots. A cleaning fee of $167.00 REALLY!!!! I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies.
