If your are planning on moving here,don’t it may seem like a nice deal, it isn’t , when you move out they’ll keep all your deposit and bill you later with a surprise Blanca of 60 days of unpaid water utilities even thought that’s not what you are told. Pet deposit day goodbye to it we didn’t even need having a pet the carpet was clean 400 for carpet replacement 200 to get the apartment professionally cleaned when these people never bothered that we kept finding death rats in the air ducts. And now a bill after almost three month of moving out for 268 Almost 900 dlls to move out ... Oh and parking is not included

This review is in regards to maintenance and the new management's response to repairs from current tenants. My family and I are truly appreciative of Max Leal's professionalism and ability to ensure current residents are happy. We had several issues in our apartment since our move-in. However, with the help of new management (Rowena Bangsil) who sent the concerns directly to Mr. Leal, the Head of Maintenance, our repairs were resolved and in the words of our daughter, "Our apartment finally feels like home." Thank you again Mr. Leal for your follow-up, efficiency and overall genuine concern for not only us, but all residents at Agave Ridge Apartments. Thank you to Mr. Arnulfo as well!

Terrible experience living here. Poorly managed. Poorly maintained. Overpriced slum. My car was broken into twice, in a parking spot that costs an additional $150 per month. Forget about trying to receive any Amazon shipments. The experience there was so bad that I chose to break my lease. The final straw was the fact that the smell of raw sewage was seeping into a few units in my building. It took them 12 days to finally get someone in to repair it despite numerous complaints and safety concerns. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here.

I lived here since December 2019 and I haven’t had any of the issues other people mentioned in their post. I’ve never seen or heard a rat in my townhome. I do not have ants and I do not have spiders. In general, I am a clean person and eat only on the kitchen or dining area so maybe that helped. I’ve only had a few maintenance issues. One did take longer to repair than I would have liked but Mylena, the property manager, was courteous and made sure she rectified the situation for me with great customer service. Her support staff, maintenance and office staff, have always been friendly to me. They respond timely to my issues and I’ve enjoyed living here. The only thing I don’t like is there is limited parking for guests. There’s a hospital across the street and if you don’t have an assigned parking spot you will be in trouble after 6 pm. I haven’t experienced and issues with crime or dog poop in front of my place. I have good neighbors that are friendly and would recommend this place if you’re in the search for something that is budget friendly.

There are new refurbished units and older “classic” models. The new units are immaculate and the older units are a couple hundred dollars cheaper. We decided to go with the classic option because of the price and have had a good experience so far. The staff has been helpful and friendly. We like the layout and size of the apartment. Our neighbors are nice. We really do like this place but there are a few things to mention. It’s frustrating that no-one can get a box spring up the stairs so don’t bring yours if you come. I gave four stars because our apartment wasn’t as clean as I was expecting it to be and we found dog and human hair in the carpet from the previous owner. Even after their carpet cleaning our vacuum still filled up twice before we moved in. We had our first suspicion about fleas when our friends were helping us move in and a flea jumped on their baby’s head! Then after everything was moved in we brought our dogs and within one day they were infested when they had none before. Luckily when we told management they notified Terminix so we will see if that helps. We like living here and would recommend it so far. I’ll update the review as needed. ALMOST FORGOT!!! Spectrum internet is $49/mo no contract 200 megabits unlimited data. The best at&t could do was $60 12mo contract for 50 megabits with 1tb data cap. Don’t get pushed around by the at&t saleswomen when they call you, there are other options.
