        Awful customer service. Extremely rude, spoke down to me and did not let me speak. I asked a simple question about applications and she steamrolled over me. And laughed at us. Just awful terrible service. I can’t believe these people care for elderly people.

        I am trying to find my mom senior apartment living here in San Diego. I called to inquire, and someone totally unprofessional answered the office phone in a huff and told me very rudely it was after hours and to call back during hours. How am I supposed to know there is no office manager and that they just have some lady in an apartment answering phones? I won't be calling back. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
