I dropped off a movement for work in 2015. It seems they have lost it somewhere. I ask for it back no questions but they are unable to locate it in the shop which by the way is a mess. Will undergo court action as 6 years is a long time to wait for a repair

I can't remotely imagine why anyone would give this business less than 5 stars. My mom and now I, have been taking a treasured clock to Rich for 40 years. He is the best in the business. He is not slow, he is methodical and a perfectionist. He is an honest, talented and has integrity. My fear is some day he will retire. No one can compare to him. He has educated had many of the other clock makers in the area. They have apprenticed under him. He's really the best!!

They damaged my clock, it's 55 years old, I'm still eating them 4 stars because he is going to find another clock exactly like it and change the workings into the new old case. Then let me take the old case as well, want the old case because my mom gave me the clock, and when bbn I was a kid I would run the cherry wood, it was so smooth, it's something I remember in detail and if I cant keep the old case to me it's not the same, but I want it to work too. By him doing what I just described, I get to have a working clock and still feel the cherry wood I've felt that brings back memories of a happier time in my life. I need something to be there to remind me that it gets better.
So i still don't have my clock, it is November, i was told in March or April that he was going to travel the country for clock shows and find the case that matched the one broken at Time Traveler, he said he would call me, but to date every time he has told me he will call me he has not and i will call again tomorrow, i have been without my clock since March of 2018, worst part is that it wasn't broken being fixed, it was broken after sitting on the floor lost in the clock shop down an aisle somewhere, and never touched until he found it again, nice man but i really want my clock back now, i think it has been way too long.
