I used them Monday (2/26/18) to take me the ER after I couldn't find a neighbor to take me. I arrived at Kaiser safe and sound but the driver and his assistant were so cold, with no empathy at all. When I asked the senior of the two," weren't you trained to have a little empathy and caring," he said that empathy is weakness! I couldn't believe it.

We should be able to give negative stars. This company is so crooked and I am taking legal action against them. I had no choice when using this ambulance company for an emergency. Afterwards, I reviewed my insurance policy and and was fully covered for ambulance transport. Three years later and to this day, getting threatening letters from them saying they have sent me to collections. I completed the paperwork twice so they could submit the claim to my insurance...which it never was. Just a huge scam! Do not ever use this company EVER! I'm online now looking at how many people have issues with this company. How has a judge not shut them down???

I have never been in an ambulance but I received in the mail an invoice from this company. The person who used the ambulance had the same first and last name as me but I live somewhere completely different and have a different birthday. I told them of the mix-up and then a month later I received a late notice! I called them back and I haven't received anything since... But to take this long to resolve an issue like this is so stupid. This shows how badly our healthcare system is managed, these people definitely do not deserve thousands of $ for their services. I have been monitoring my credit reports to ensure they don't send me to collections, because apparently they were not going to attempt to find the other individual but just send them straight to collections.

This is the worst customer service experience!!!! They had the incorrect information for my son for over 2 years. I asked them to send me the correct bill and they never did and they sent me to collections still with the wrong information. 0 Stars!!!
