I been working for this company for 11 years of my life working hard. I love this place but are new HR & some supervisors don't promote culture don't help people on hard times legal documents on the open making employees responsible for lost documents telling people they're not believable. I think they are responsible for not securing legal documents, and not having it on the open. I always give my 110% for 11 years I am really didisappointed. Supervisors don't help the most hard working guys and always have to be on there good side or they've you or try to fire you. Good hard workings people bad HR, cold no mercy, Please something has to change.

LMI Aerospace is a capable provider of build to print, kit, engineering, and turn key solutions for the aerospace industry. The engineering staff is extremely talented and capable in particular, whether the need is structural design and analysis, tooling design, systems architecture and layout, conceptual design, preliminary design, detail design, trade studies, reliability/maintainability/safety analysis and documentation, or any combination. As a former employee, the engineering capability is what I am most familiar with and I cannot speak highly enough of the talent and dedication of this team to working together to shine come up with engineering solutions that make customers shine.
