Terrible interactions with this company. I have received multiple calls in the last month from a woman here who could barely speak english and was very difficult to understand. She informed me that a year ago I provided her with significant information about our computer systems and IT infrastructure. I have however, only been with this company about 4 months. When I informed her of this fact, she told me that I was a liar, that we spoke last year and that I provided her with a bunch of this information. When I told her that I didn't appreciate being called a liar and that I would kindly ask that she remove me from her call list if she was going to be disrespectful to me, she made some snarky comments and hung up on me.
