Elena is very quick and helpful! She jumped right in and helped me get my payroll up and running. I was a bit late submitting hours after hiring my first employees and she worked late to ensure I would have them done....then even offered to deliver the checks to me the next day! Definitely recommend her.

Elena is the rudest individual I have ever spoke to on the phone. She demonstrated how unprofessional she can be by how she answered her phone. Elena needs a big lesson in what customer service means and looks like. I will NEVER use this company because of ELENA. BEWARE OF ELENA!!

I am so grateful to have a human resources and payroll services company to turn to! With all the California laws, they help explain in a way that is simple and personal. Thankfully, Elena of United Payroll and HR Services, Inc., is here to help us business owners abide by the law, and most importantly, understand what needs to be done.
