Taylor Oda - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am entering my fourth year as a policy holder with Taylors State Farm agency. I currently hold Auto and Renters policies. I continually experience exceptional customer service when interacting with the staff at Taylors agency. The most recent example of this is when I requested all documents related to an at fault accident I had. My Auto policy was up for renewal and one of Taylors agents, Christina Cabello, contacted me to forewarn me that my renewed policy would include a rate increase. Christina promptly provided me with the requested documents. The information allowed me to understand the justification of the rate increase. In conclusion, the exceptional customer service and transparency allows me to remain a proud customer of Taylors agency.
