Downtown Flowers

Poor customer service, and the flowers look nothing like what I ordered. The only similarity are the red roses. Super disappointed.

Poor communication and a bad attitude by this company left me with no delivery to my 89 year old granny for Mother’s Day as well as no time for options to find another way. They could have told me or given me options when they cancelled the order. Could have found out the day before if when I called they looked up the order I made so I could have found another way. They could have if no availability to be delivered given the option to have it picked up. So many things could have prevented my granny’s disappointment but each has one common underlying theme. COMMUNICATION. They had none and didn’t bother to reach out after numerous emails or my call.

**BUYER BEWARE** - I ordered flowers over the phone for a death in the family. I specifically choose this florist because they were local. The lady assured me they would take care of it and the flowers would be delivered the next day. She asked for a phone number to ensure delivery. I authorized an arrangement for $100 and they were to be delivered the next day, Sunday 4-6. The flowers were not delivered to my family and they charged me $150 from another business name "The Children's Boutique" and they are now ignoring me. I have requested my money back or the flowers to be delivered. As of today I have not received a response. I would NOT recommend this florist Downtown Flowers or The Children Boutique in San Clemente as they are not in their business for their customers & community. This business is not trustworthy. They charged my credit card $50 more then I authorized.👎

As a local realtor I love having downtown flowers close to my office so I can pop in and place an order for an open house or for my client's. I love how fabulous my arrangements always turn out and people always put a smile on their face when they see fresh flowers. Tika is so creative and always whips up beautiful arrangements. My go to flower shop.

Downtown Flowers is my go-to for flowers of all occasion. I've used them for Mom's Day, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, and even for my wedding. They've even gotten me out of a few jambs at the last minute. If you're looking for great floral designers with service to match, consider Downtown Flowers.
