Once in a great while you run across a service person who does EVERYTHING right. Lucky me - I found that very person in Darin from RTGit who came to my home and re-set up my computer network here in Mission Viejo, including routers, modems, extenders, printers, et al. He was: On time Friendly/cheerful (important, as lets face it - some techs can be social misfits) Open to giving and getting suggestions Knowledgeable/Skillful (most important) Reasonable (price wise) A just plain nice guy My only regret is I wish I'd known about his services years ago.
