Careful Clean

Called today wish my fingers crossed hoping they'd be able to come out before round 2 of the storms hit in two days. They didn't have availability, but then I got a call a little later saying they had finished another job early and could make it out today!The entire team was extremely helpful and professional, and took photos of our gutters when I asked as I had been worried our tree may have damaged them.They also did a great job cleaning our windows. Would definitely hire again.

I have used Careful Clean for about three years. They do superior work. Their team is conscientious, courteous, efficient, thorough and professional. They wipe down all the cobwebs on the house exterior, clean the windows to a sparkle, wipe down the window casings and clean the screens. They leave the place looking a million times better and brighter. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had careful clean do our gutters after a big storm. They did a great job! We recently had them back to refinish the deck. It looks beautiful and they helped us pick a better stain when we changed our mind mid-job. They were responsive and flexible.

Our gutter was in a terrible state in December and the front of our house was overflowing with water...I was in the end of a renovation (we had moved out of our place for 4 months) and moving back in end of December...so TruLee and I communicated via text. We coordinated a time and a reasonable estimate async.  Her team came home on time and did  the work in between 2 major bay area storms - the team was extremely effective and got the work done efficiently and the charge was exactly what Trulee had quoted us.Most importantly there were 2 major storms after the cleaning and our gutter ran smoothly - no leaks and flooding - which tells me they had done their job very effectively. I will always keep Trulee's number handy for my annual Gutter cleaning or window cleaning efforts.
