    just wanted to give a shout out to Southwest Greens for doing an excellent installation of both a putting green and an area of turf in our backyard.  It has been a over a year and it looks like it was installed yesterday!  Top of the line materials used and Micky and Jose Salamanca are the most talented and conscientious people, with amazing attention to detail. Are they the cheapest?  Nope.  But are they the best?  Yesss!

    We have wanted to turn our backyard into a putting green for years. We looked at many companies, practice played on their referred installations, compared and evaluated. Once we became aware of Southwest Greens, we were sold. Micki Salamanca was very professional, very responsive, and very helpful. No sales push whatsoever - "the product sells itself". Jose and his crew just finished the installation. They were precise, cleaned up, professional, and refused to be content with anything less then 100%. Jose is the owner, an ex PGA professional, knows his stuff in and out, and did all the finishing personally. We are very happy. Highly recommended.

    Everything changed once we paid. Wonderful pre and during project. Terrible support and accountability after.Southwest greens came highly recommended. We contracted on a $25k+ turf project. Most areas are great but main area turf was damaged within days of install.I have been patiently waiting for over 6 months and still no resolution. They believe my daughters sit me up chair caused the damage (see pics- impossible) or "maybe" the windows. Even if it did, what kind of turf can't have a child's seat placed on it OR how do such experienced installers not flag that window reflection can be an issue (note: brand new high end windows with low glare installed in 2019)? Now they want to charge me to repair or replace the turf that I originally paid for and have yet to receive.As a paying customer, especially having paid a material premium to go with SWG, I should be treated as such. I should have the turf and quality I purchased and whatever Micki / Jose need to do in the background with their respective corporate office should be behind the scenes. They keep pointing fingers back and forth and I'm stuck in the middle. I will update this post should they engage professionally and deliver what we paid for. I will also reaching out to 7 on your side and the Better Business Bureau should we not have resolution immediately.
