        Supposed to open @10am but no one showed until 10:15am. People standing in line say this is a regular occurrence. No receptionist support to welcome people so tax preparation personnel were very distracted by people coming in. Zero privacy. Tax agent spoke at very high volume. Very long lines with only one Tax agent. I'm really nervous doing my taxes here. Very nervous indeed. Tax person was very open about not knowing much at all about some very standard parts of my return. Pay the money for someone else. You have been warned.
