Frank helped me through replacing a broken lock with a smart one. Provided great guidance while I was buying the supplies. He was on time and service was prompt.

I called, Yelp indicating it was still open, and no one picked up. Also looks like this business is ran out of a home..not that it matters, but I drove through the neighborhood and found the address but hesitated in checking if the business was located there. Overall, bad experience

Frank was courteous, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the lock to my mailbox in 5 minutes. He was also very responsive to texts and calls since I needed to reschedule a couple times. I will recommend him to my friends who need a quality locksmith.

Very prompt, courteous and great price. Came to an offsite storage facility to remove a lock after I lost the original. Came by at short notice so really appreciated it.

Franks charged me 2/3rds less than anyone else quoted me. He arrived on time and did the job perfectly. He's a nice guy too. You can't go wrong with him.
