    I had pre-ordered flowers for Valentines Day. The order came in a box since they claim to quality check we took the boxes home. Once we got home, we took the flowers out the box to process them and were instantly DISAPPOINTED. The Pink roses were ugly and squished, The tulips we bought were so tiny you would think we bought them at the 99cent store. So as a small business owner who actually wants quality for their customers I went back to try to exchange them because we thought it was a mistake. When we explained this to a worker she explained they prioritize quality and was very rude. It was VERY clear they DONT prioritize quality. They also made a mistake and told us they would be able to have a certain size of roses, when we went to pick up the roses they told us they didnt have any more and that they only had longer roses which are more expensive. We were charged a 5 dollar difference for a mistake they made. For someone who spent almost $700 i believe we shouldve got treated with respect and received quality flowers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !

    I bought 4 boxes of 36 stems of their highest quality roses for my daughters wedding on Wednesday placed them in water with their recommended flower food in buckets of water just like they had in the store. One day later on Thursday , I opened the 4 boxes of roses to find them all rotten, molded , and wilted except for 20 stems for a wedding on Saturday. They were closed that Friday before and I had no choice but to buy Stater Brother Roses . Emailed them right away that Thursday with the discovery and after spending 1000.00 in flowers they offer me store credit for only one box of roses ! So out of 144 roses they credited me for 36! No quality assurance and no responsibility. They boast about having the freshest flowers but sold me rotten ones . They chose to punish the consumer for their poor quality controlled. Go elsewhere! Especially for special occasions like a weddings or have them open every box I front of you before you leave the store .

Sorry about this Edgar. This happens sometimes with flowers. Not all flowers arrive in perfect condition. Let me make it right. Stop by our store for replacement or refund. Regarding your tulips, the season for tulips is in the Spring from March through May. During this time, they are Big and beautiful.
