THE BEST THERE IS.
I've been a homeowner in the area for over 35 years. I have had to deal with a lot of electrical, plumbing, etc. you name it. I've seen a lot of how these companies operate and we all know the dread of how they are going to keep making the prices up and adding additional fees and costs that make the experience of needing professional help in this context absolutely dreadful.
Well, this is NOT the case with Bow Tie. I was in a jam and I called over 10
local area companies on a weekend. The only one to be completely honest, affordable, responsive, friendly and really engaged with trying to help was Bow Tie.
I am a customer for life. They did an incredible job, were fast, efficient, supremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with financially. I only wish all the other types of home repair contractors behaved like Bow Tie. Service: Repair water heater

After pulling my hair out for 2hrs trying to disconnect my old kitchen faucet I realized with the small/tight space under the kitchen sink, it was not gonna happen, I gave up! I reached out to Billy at BowTie who happens to be my brother. Im not one to call for help when its something I feel I can do but due to available space under the sink and having to change out an old valve I figured I'd leave this one for the pro's. I kid you not, it only took Billy 30 minutes to removed the old facet and installed the new one. I'm very thankful to have a brother who was able to make time to help me with what seemed to be such a simple task but in reality is a very skilled and detailed oriented job.
