Very unprofessional. No customer skills. My car did not pass and was charged $40. When I asked him if I will get charged again if I return, he said yes. Try other locations where you do not pass, you do not pay. Place looks like a dump. That is what I get for doing it last minute. Turns out he was incorrect and I passed some where else.
