only reason I am giving him 1 star over NONE is because I can't give him 0...went in for a separation medical exam and got seen for multiple things by Dr. Akbari. His character was acceptable, he made himself seem very concerned about doing his job "right". My exam was about 30-45 mins long covering "all" my claims. once I received the "official results" of my injuries from Dr. Akbari they were filled out incorrect!!! which is resulting in me getting an incorrect rating from the VA. He literally has messed up my future. I would never recommend this facility. once I talked to my attorney, I learned that Dr. Akbari is infamous for screwing veterans over by his inaccurate exams and the inaccurate information he provides on official medical documents. horrible.

So in January went for my General C&P exam, first the exam lasted 25 minutes max to evaluate 27 claimed disabilities. No questions were asked. No real testing of ROM (assume it was guessed from experience). Got a pat on the back and told, "we got you, will take care of you". Still not sure what that meant. So needless to say was not pleased with and very worried about the outcome. Well, as I look on my TOL all the DBQs from Dr Le, and guess what?? EVERY single disability that I claimed are all normal. Funny, as I am in pain EVERY single day, but all is normal and works fine. Look, I understand this is not that important to you, as I'm sure you get paid to get us out the door. Now because of your lack of attention to detail, customer care and overall customer service I will now have to fight with the VA to fix what you guys didn't take the time to do.

I had a full day of appointments and the entire staff were amazing. Veronica and Alicia assisted me with each appointments and made the day go with ease. The staff also gave great feedbacks on helping with my conditions.

So i went there to get an C&P exam. I had to to an audiology test, Psychological evaluation and a Physical exam. Everything was fine until it was the time for my Physical evaluation. I have Back problems which is been causing pain to my hip and knees. Driving 2.5 hours every day is not helping in top of that the Doctor name G. Fabella literally was pushing my limits just to evaluate my range of motion. By the time i left i was in so much pain that i could barely walk and to make it better i had to drive back to Ft. Irwin 2.5 hours away. I couldn't make it, i had to stop half way and go straight to the ER i was in so much pain my Blood pressure was 155/92. If you need to put someone in so much pain to get an evaluation i am pretty sure you are doing something wrong.

I gave 1 star because I could not go lower. Pa Akbari was so incompetent the medical documents needed to be turned in 3 times. The reason was the documents were incomplete, incorrect and insufficient. Now I need to redo all the C &Ps over. I have 16 C& Ps. The VA contacted QTC in Feb 2020 and it took QTC until Aug 2020 to contact me. It is 5 Nov 2021 and I just received nofication that the last 16 need to be redone. PA Akbari should not be allowed to do VA C&P exams. How many other veterans has he screwed up on?
