F & M Radiology Medical Center

These people have no "customer service" care! They ate rude, short patience, and too busy on their own cell phones to help anyone! They DEMAND you are there 30 minutes before your appointment or threaten you with not seeing you. Then they make you wait an unreasonable amount of time after your appointment time to see you! And they just don't care...it's not like they have over booked the appointments because the lobby is empty. Just a horrable place to be.

I went in and go out in no time, i had an great experience with Dr. James Tealdo, he was literally the best personality! made me feel comfortable and im glad this was the medical center I came to! thank you for everything

The office staff are extremely nice, very welcoming, responsive and respectful!!! When I was there a gentleman came in with 2 small kids ages 4&3 and said sorry I have no one to watch them. One of the office ladies stayed with the kids the entire time, I thought that was great support to the patient. There is no doctors office that would take the time to help a patient like that.I am giving them 3 stars because I went in for an MRI for both hips, I told the doctor that I needed both hips before the session started and he argued with me and said "No only one hip". As soon as my MRI session finished the doctor said "You have to schedule another appointment to come in for the other hip." Arghhh

From the experiences I've had with going through an mri I've never experienced this horrible experience with this type of machine. The lady in the from office did get job and I waited to be called by a technician who had a trailer on the side of the office. The technician called my name and I follow him to this enclosed trailer. When I walked in he asked me several questions. I waited for another person before I was called in to sit and then play down on the mri contraption. As soon as he slid new this loud noise started and it sounded like lose nuts and bolts. I said to myself this doesn't sound right When the machine started the noise was so uncomfortable that I was thinking why didn't they warn me or provided adequate hearing protection. The decibels were so loud it made my head hurt and it lasted the duration of the mri which was 15 minutes.. At the end my head hurt so bad my temples were numb with a uncomfortable vibration that I called my provider and expressed to them that this isn't right. As I type this review in still waiting outside the mri facility with a migraine headache. I will never come back. I'm still shaking in my car and as I expressed this feeling to the receptionist all she said " I only work here in the office so I don't know what they do inside the trailer. I'm going to reach out to my provider and then follow up with my legal representation. Best of luck to everyone who comes here.

I would give negative stars if I could! I took my mother here and it was a horrible experience, the worst imaging center I have been to. Front desk receptionists are very rude and unprofessional, they did not acknowledge my presence and continued to be on their personal cell phones. My family members appointment was at 10am and they did not take us back until 1pm. They would add patients to the schedule and push my mothers appointment back. I did some research on this facility and found out that Dr. Moosa Heikali has had his licensed revoked and has partnership in this imaging center. He still has pending cases that are open and have not been settled, just google his name. Their patient care and priority has been one of the worst I have visually seen. I would not recommend going here at all!
