Molina healthcare website is terrible. I tried to reset my password to access my pcp information for my vaccination but I keep getting error code.

The phone service for Molina Healthcare is awful. I registered for the health insurance two weeks ago and no one has been able to assist me with getting registered on the website. I paid the premium but each time I call I am put on hold and then hung up on each time. When I speak to phone agents, they say that it takes time to get registered. They say that they are transferring to the department that does enrollments but the call hangs up on me each time. I have called for a total of 6 times and i am on hold now. I asked the agent at the beginning of the call to give me the direct number to the correct department and she would not give it to me. She took my information and put me on hold again. If you can don't join this health insurance company. Due to COVID-19, we can't go in the office, we have to rely on the phone agents. The phone agent just came on and asked me for my full social security number to provide me with my Member ID number. That is a no no so all I can say is that I am not sure what is going on this company.
