Wayback Burgers

Everytime i’ve come i’ve enjoyed the food and the servers have been helpful. The female owner has constantly given me and my family a hard and rude time. The owners attitude can definitely change the atmosphere of this nice burger joint.

It's a good fresh ground beef burger..great tasting natural cut fries and good milkshakes. Would've given them 5-stars but the fries were a bit chintzy on the portion size given the price they charge.

After spending nearly $70 with this establishment, like many times before, we called the restaurant regarding an item that was not delivered. I spoke to a gentleman, who when he answered the phone was confrontational, would not listen to me, did not understand or didn’t care to understand what we were saying to him. Told me it was Uber eats fault for taking an unfinished order, told me he was not going to do anything, that he didn’t want me as a customer anymore and hung up on me. All this occurred on speaker phone with my adult children present. Bad service is one thing but being so disrespectful when you are in the business of serving others is unforgivable. Not me, my family, or anyone I know will ever eat here again.
