I have had a great experience with sunstreet until today. I not only was met with such a bad attitude from Arrlett. I also never got my questions answered. Arlett had no desire to listen to anything I was saying and was more concerned with repeating the same answer over and over. Then through derogatory remarks about my character. If there was another choice in the area I would go there but there isnt. Being accosted for asking questions shouldnt be a feeling anyone gets from any business.

DO NOT USE THEM! I am not even enrolled to take classes with them, but they made my transfer process a horrible experience. The staff does not know how to listen. They will make you go in there for POINTLESS paperwork that can easily be sent through fax or even email, but they do not want to cooperate with you. Their office hours say they close at 5:45 PM but the staff was rushing me out of their office by 5 PM. Always be sure they are giving you real and accurate information and not just something to benefit their office and get you to enroll with them. I highly recommend using other sites to complete the courses, this place is the definition of unprofessionalism.
