Awful company, I've tried to work with them several times over the last couple years and they've done nothing. Given me an inaccurate bill and expect me to pay 2 years of interest when they are the ones who ignore my calls and requests. I'd been requesting they give me a statement of the bill for 2 years, never got one. Finally, I try emailing them, legit received it in a week and I'm convinced it's because they knew I'd have proof doing it over email that I requested it. I've tried to work it out with them and pay the actual amount I do owe but I'm just over it at this point and willing to just take the credit hit because I'm not paying $700 for charges that weren't mine and interest that was on their fault.

I had medical debt turned over to this company, and boy am I glad it did. They helped me set up payment plans according to what I could pay. Plus each member that helped me along the way was knowledgeable, and courteous. I hope not to end up here again but if I do Im in good hands.

A not-so obvious scam. I owe no one, but just received a bill for $305.49 the day before Christmas! How many people just send these guys money without checking up on them?The demand for payment letter has this sentence dead center:"DEBT COLLECTOR LICENSE APPLICATION PENDING."They have been in business over ten years without a license???.So they are not even a bonafide business!SCAM.

Paid off the principal collection account then a charge for interest shows up on my credit report. Called, they charge 10% interest after account paid. Im disabled and they took advantage of charging interest during a pandemic 2020-2021. Shame on you for taking advantage of people trying to pay their bills off.
