West Coast Property Inspections

I've been in real estate for over a decade primarily flipping properties in other areas. My resources were either too busy, had a large lead-time, or didn't service the Hollister area. I did some homework and found West Coast Property Inspections. They did a great job and showed up when they said they were going to, despite some minor miscommunication. After finishing up the inspections, Chris took the time to personally chat with me and provided a verbal report. I felt confident in his product knowledge and would recommend this company to those who need inspections on their home. I hired Chris for my client's Home Inspection and he coordinated the Termite Inspection too.  His work was thorough, answered any questions I had, and submitted a report to me promptly.  I will recommend and use his service again.

Chris was very responsive and accommodating to our expedited request for termite inspection.  He coordinated with a sub-contractor to get the job done based on our timeline request and I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding quality of his customer service delivery.  He just doesn't get the job done.
