The owner is very unprofessional. She can never be reached. Had to always call one of her caretakers if I had any concerns. She has one of her caretakers send people to care for your loved one, and they have never met/spoke to the owner, let alone gone through a background screening as it states in her contract. Hounds you for payment the minute she emails an invoice. Invoices are always incorrect. Asks you to tell her which employees worked what schedule for you. Had Covid & never notified me, the client, as to whether her employees had been exposed to her. Abandoned care a week and a half ago, caretaker did not show & when I called & texted her to find out what was happening, no response, ever! I fired her at this point. The caregivers were great people & they did a fantastic job but always stressed/worried because the owner would not pay them on time, or at all. BEWARE!!!!!
