        I was a new patient going to another firm and accidentally walked into Ross Family. They couldnt find my name, but wouldnt let me walk out of their doors. Im glad they didnt let me leave to the other intended firm. Ive never felt so comfortable in a dental office. BEYOND KIND! They got to the button of my issue and quickly referred me to an oral surgeon they knew would see me right away. All that tells me is they care. The get it done mentality really resonated in me.
