Worst experience with this branch. After standing in line for 30 min the branch manager (Diana Martinez) told us they do not have a fax to print out the checking account update form. I sent her an email, hoping the bank can print it out for me. But the story was to come back in 1,5 hour, as the firewall would not authorize it. In a modern world 1,5 hour for accepting an email from an existing customer makes no sense. With no solution offered she was trying to send us away. I didnt feel like I was properly treated, seems like I was not an existing customer doing business. Theres no customer service or problem solving at all. Very disappointed, I wish I knew these details when was connecting with this bank.
