Bob's Glass

I may update this down the road but I feel I need to leave an unfortunate bad review until I get some sort of resolution. For 3 weeks now I have been told my order will "arrive on Monday and we can then schedule you". Finally I receive a call to schedule me for today between 12 and 4. Here I am 3:45 and get a call from the installer saying it is a two man job and he has no one to help. I had to call 6 times to get someone to answer only to be told they will call me back when they start scheduling again. Mind you I paid half of the money up front. Edit my review to 4 stars since 2 days later I was the first appt to have my glass installed
