Wholesalers to the sign industry My only complaint is the cut charges are high considering they also have minimums for delivery. Prices are still reasonable or better. Staff very good and thru covid its been really tough but they have still given great service

This branch has poor customer service and is very disorganized. Not up to par with the other branches or other suppliers.

After waiting a week for my order to arrive, after seeing the transaction pending in my bank account and for a week, it turns out they never ordered the material and now I have to explain to my client that I have to re order the material after waiting a week and reschedule install... this the final problem we will have with them. The Sacramento location has always been extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. I called a couple weeks ago to ask what type of material sissor easy weed is, and was told to look online... polyurethane is the correct answer and it didnt take long to find out but its very clear they are uneducated and unwilling to be helpful. They quoted me $65 with a 6 day wait for the material today and we found it right next door at FELLERS for $30. Will be here tomorrow. Ive been buying material from NGLANTZ for 7 years and they still dont know my name. I literally pick up every single order in person. Im done with NGLANTZ SAC.
