MED7 Urgent Care Center

I came in for a covid test and was surprised that the receptionists didn't have the plastic barrier like most places do. If I were a receptionist there, I would quit because of that alone. I sure hope they're getting a ton in hazard pay. Everything pretty much went smoothly. Other than possible Covid exposure to the employees, the only real problem I had was the ludicrously long wait time. It just makes no sense whatsoever that I should have had to wait 2 HOURS to be seen for my appointment. If I were a walk in, I could understand. Not convenient, but understandable when you walk in. But I had an appointment that I checked in for a few minutes early, but still had to wait 2 hours. That's insane.

This company blatantly disregards doctor's orders to fit their office policies, they do not care about medical health in any way shape or form

This place is worsened than hell. Rude and unprofessional people. As per my experience, I suggest finding a different place for your medical needs. The way they treat their patient is inhumane. I was here a little earlier than 9 am with my child for the walking covid19 test he had a fever earlier but today he was ok (his Kaiser physician examined and told us he did not find any symptoms of covid) but I decided to do the test before sending him to school. The first thing they took was 30 minutes to check in then they told us to wait outside in cold weather. We were not allowed to sit and wait in the waiting room. Waited for 4 hours outside in cold weather. After 4 hours when I told the receptionist at the time of checked-in they told me waiting time is one to two hours no one told me it will take more than 4 hours just for the test she was very rude her attitude was bad and told me she doesn't know how long we have to wait for more, my child was hungry, tired and upset too. *** We left this place for a covid test at a different place, they took only 30 minutes altogether within 30 minutes they test and gave me my child's negative test result report. They have professional staff too.

I had an 8:10 appointment. When I arrived at 8:05 the line was out the door and I had to wait outside due to the line. I didn't get checked in until 15 minutes after my appt timme.
