Completely unprofessional....told me they could help me repair a liftgate, gave them the serial number and they said they would call back and let me know if it is under warranty. No call back. I called them 4 days after I gave serial number, was told yes its under warranty and they had no idea when they could come out to troubleshoot our liftgate but would probably be at least a week...okay. No call back again.....two weeks into the process I call them back and asked when they could possibly help me and the guy laughed excessively and told me he had no idea when they could help me.....didn't bother to schedule anything at all. An absolute joke of a company and customer service is disastrous!! Do not bother calling them if you need anything repaired.
