Old Republic Title

My wife and signed the papers for our first home here at this office. For first time buyers this can be a very stressful transaction. Thankfully our Escrow officer Bonnie was amazing throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, very responsive. Things all went very smoothly. As you can see from the pictures it was a GREAT DAY!!! I can say with 100% certainty that we will be using Old Republic for all out future transactions. Thanks again Bonnie!!!

First and foremost be very careful of the homeless encampments all around. ORT has there doors locked for this issue, park somewhere close to the door. Secondly I was asked to come and sign a Deed over as a result of litigation which is amazing as it was closure to an already drawn out process. Bonnie asked for me to come and sign a document that I had not seen. I had to ask to have the document emailed first. Bonnie then proceeded to let me know that her "client" which is odd because Old Republic Title should be a non vested third party to this process would not allow for me to see that financial responsibility would be removed prior to signing. Professionally it took not one, two, three, but four days to get in writing the simple common place verbiage that I was being removed from the original loan. Bonnie was combative every step of the way arguing with my attorney and real estate professional. When I came to sign the documents Bonnie made it a point to stress how soon I could get my money. I did not care for the funds as I told her I was just following legal counsel advice. When shown a court order Bonnie calls the other party and states I need to sign the altered document anyway. Needless to say the most unprofessional interaction however it was amazing to complete this step. From a horrible location to a very rude interaction I would recommend any other place but here to do business.
