We had a small kitchen backsplash tile project. I am happy to say we were treated like we were their biggest job. Gigi was very helpful selecting the tile and knew exactly what we needed. When we were ready for the installation I called and they sent Gilbert out the next day. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and helpful.He was fast, clean , and professional. I need to start a new project so I can call Biaggio for new tile.

Great service and support during the project planning and tile selection; the staff was extremely patience and flexible for changes and very helpful with suggestions and advise for a DIY installation. Very good quality material to work with and final result
