Out right highway robbery with different fees they charge. I think, talking to robot is what every greedy corporation is using. On hold, on and off for 1.5 hours to cancel my account and made me listen to the same ad million times over. 14 days of use, $142! Never ever going use at&t ever again.

PLEASE READ and learn from my mistake. AVOID! As far as I am concerned, I was sca mmed by a mobile sales rep from this location. And I'm sure the tricks and de-ception are not limited to this location. If anyone shows up to your house from ATT or you encounter them in any store - please please take my advice run away. If you order home internet from ATT a sales rep will likely show up at your house/apt claiming to be assisting with the install - trust me that is probably not the case at all. They are called mobility sales reps. They are there to *s c a m* you.

Marlowe Aguilar. Remember the name. This AT&T sales guy is a liar. He showed up at our door (the day when AT&T home internet was to be installed) and wanted us to transfer to AT&T wireless from our existing service provider. He made the deal sweeter by offering AT&Ts $250 reward gift cards for each line transferred. 3 months later he started ghosting me and does not respond to my texts or calls and when I called the AT&T reward center number they said there no rewards in the system and Im not eligible. It is sales people like him that destroys the reputation of companies like AT&T.
