Received a Gunite quote for 2 pools. First pool was $13,700. Second was $16,900. After they supposedly did a presite, they sent me revised bids for 24k & 28k. They never actually came out to look at the pools. Both homes are gated and no one was given access. They just made up some numbers hoping I wouldn’t know any better. And then magically they had openings to do the jobs the very next day when initially they were 3 weeks out. Dishonest and unethical. Will never work with them. Had an actual legit and honest company do the work the same week for 15.5k & 16k.

Worst people to work with. Orlando is very rude, paid in full for some equipment and he broke two pieces, refuses to pay for them.

I started a pool in February, signed a contact for rebar, gunite and plaster. After messing up the gunite job (made tan shelf too shallow by 25%) tried to blame the excavation team even though all depths were verified by form setters and rebar guys (their own people). Then dodged my calls and text for 2 weeks, and called me to back out of the plaster job. Chris and Vannessa have decent customer service, Carlos is just repulsive. Terrible customer service, would never recommend.
