This is much better than going to the post office across the street. There is never a line. Maybe one person at the most. The family is very friendly and very helpful when Im trying to decide how I want to ship my packages. Its amazing people that walk in and ask directions. It happened about three times while I was there. Hes always veryfriendly and answers them.

I've had a PO box here since 2017. They are absolutely top notch. Besides all of the wonderful things that others have said, I really appreciate that Chang knows me and has the packages that I'm picking up ready when he sees me -- I don't even have to tell him which box I am despite what I would assume is an overwhelming number of boxes (and attendant renters!) to remember! Kindness and laidbackness (without sacrificing professional service) is the name of the game at Alhambra M&P.
