Right at Home

I appreciate Right at Home Sacramento because they are very responsive, and their responses indicate that they take the time to understand my needs and concerns. A lot of times I have had the experience where a representative of a company is going through the motions of answering my questions, but they are really only doing a scripted response that serves only as a performative level of customer service. Right at home management Lori, Lindsay, Margo and caregivers, including superstar Ayana, far exceed performative customer service. Right at Home custom-tailors the care my parents need, works with complicated senior care issues, and supports the often inexperienced family members charged with procuring the care (that's me!). It's worth mentioning that when I was provided a list of caregiver organizations, Right at Home was the only one that had available staff to help. I think that in this pressurized employment market, where wages aren't high enough but companies still need staff, Right at Home is able to staff their company because caregivers want to work there. I think prospective employees probably see that Right At Home is simply more responsive and 'on-the-ball', and in an environment where the best caregivers can choose their company, they choose Right at Home.

When I started with right at home i felt like I was part of a caring and compassionate company and that my work would be rewarding. This company has exceeded my expectations, I am so happy with my assignments and I go home so rewarded spiritually and I am recognized for all the hard work and dedication I give to Right At Home because that is what they have given me. Kudos for Simone Diles who assisted me in recovery from a hip fracture and replacement. Simone helped me for six weeks, carried out my needs and boosted my recovery in walks together plus my learning to shower with limitations. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Right at Home felt exactly that . I loved the communication and the consistency . Walking into a job I always want to feel comfortable and with the leaders of Right at Home my feeling was surely fulfilled.
