Worst experience ever. Locks were provided but no space for locks to be inserted. Manager never available. Our storage got broke into, we lost so many belongings, even our clothes and all important papers. The management never even called to check with us. A training manager just informed us what to do.. been over a month and still haven't heard anything. There are people that seems like staying in there units and no actions are being taken.l lost over 10k worth of belongings ,I hope that we somehow get our things back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please be careful while storing your belongings at this location

Manuel was super helpful and professional from my initial phone call inquiring about the storage to my first visit to see the space and all the way through the application and payment process. He even spent extra time making sure that I got the discount that showed online even though it wasnt showing up in the system. The facility is clean, and the processes are organized and helpful.

Stephanie Smith is the BEST! Patient, friendly, and accommodating to me and my family, in finding the correct storage for furniture that will not be used for a while. The staff there, are friendly and helpful as well.
