Prices are much higher than they used to be when they were the other company. I'm sorry to see the changes .. discounts for good customers are minimal

i came here and purchased a slicer , i tried to assemble it and put it together and it didn't work properly , i then asked them and they told me to bring it back , i went back and spoke to the guy who sold me it and he then said he won't return it even thought when i called they said to bring it back , i asked him to open it and try using it and he wouldn't even do that , another guy then came and tried to work the machine and didn't know how , another person then came and asked what the problem was , i told him i didn't use this because it didn't work and i just wanted a new one because i just purchased this , they refused to take it back , the three of them didn't even know how to use it to even try and see if it wasn't working properly , i drove over and hour to get here because they told me to bring it back ! take your business elsewhere , they don't deserve business after mistreating customers and wasting time ! i've always went to cresco and the service is always fabulous , i shouldn't have even given this place a chance ! if you want better service go to cresco ! waste of time and money !
