Bobby was awesome to work with. He handled the sale of my duplex and I appreciated the efficiency and responsiveness of Bobby and his team. I first started interacting with Bobby when I was researching whether to sell my property or not. Bobby was great as he provided information with no expectation around my moving forward and the information provided was very helpful in my decision making process. Bobby was never pushy while I was still deciding whether to list my property. Once I decided to move forward, Bobby continued to be extremely professional and provided excellent guidance around various questions I had. The property was listed with two days of making the decision to put on the market and within two weeks we had an offer. Bobby and his team handled everything from open houses to coordinating times with the tenants. Bobby was always very responsive to emails, texts and/or phone calls. Once under contract, I really appreciated Bobby's strong network of resources to quickly and cost effectively address the various inspection issues that needed to be addressed prior to closing. I highly recommend Bobby and his team - excellent to work with and very personable.
